Dear friends and family of the preborn child,
Enclosed kindly find a little something we dropped in the ‘suggestion box’ down at the Supreme Court in Washington. Basically, we are asking our nation’s newest justice (Amy Coney Barrett) to strike the election results for the states of Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and set in a new election for those states January 5 to coincide with the Georgia special election for the two Senate seats.
Am I missing something here? Yes, it has never been done, but why not do it? Sometimes, an obvious and simple solution escapes us. We do things the complicated way. We have all these lawyers all over the country, putting their kids through medical school out of the president’s checkbook. Hasn’t this dear man gone through enough?
We should thank our lucky stars that he is willing to be impeached for another four years. God bless him!
The women often lead the men. They are often braver than men. When Delacroix created his iconic painting of the storming of the Bastille, he was recording what really happened, not some ideal of the women leading the men, but what had actually been seen happening. The painting also shows the different classes in France coming together at that time. The man with the top hat, a member of the bourgeoisie and then the rank and file people of France.
I don’t know why but I see this wonderful, ‘All American’ jurist, leading the men on the court. The nation has embraced her as their own. Curiously, we all use the same phrase when we speak of her, “a breath of fresh air”. Why is that? I find myself using it, the president uses it; other people use it. We are not copying each other, that’s just the best way we can describe what it is about her. She is so totally different from what we have had on the court.
She can and shall lead her fellow jurists, even though she is the youngest member of the court. Dr. Bill Hogan wrote me a note and commented that he thought she would go on to become the greatest justice the Supreme Court has ever had. Quite a statement when you think of Oliver Wendell Holmes and Brandeis and certainly Justice Scalia in more modern times. Justice Scalia was her mentor.
Without Amy Coney Barrett on the Supreme Court we would never get those judges to make such a bold move as resetting the election for six states (and the whole country if they have to). They are busy themselves with other issues.
Take Justice Alito for instance, speaking and standing up for religious liberty, this is to be applauded but it’s a little like standing up for religious liberty and freedom of speech in the chapel on the Titanic when the Titanic has hit an iceberg and the whole thing is going to sink.
Is Justice Amy Coney Barrett providentially given to the nation at this time to be the only one with the vision and understanding of what needs to be done? If she ‘stops the music’ on this fiasco of what was supposed to be an election in these six states, she will save us from hitting the iceberg of SOCIALISM.
Justice Amy Coney Barrett is a breath of fresh air that swept through America at this time of the crisp, fall air and the beautiful leaves. She may prove to be the answer to prayer of so many.
While the other justices are writing opinions about religious liberty and the like, can’t they look out the window and see what Justice Amy Coney Barrett sees? Millions of people whose hearts brought them to Washington at their own expense this past Saturday, November 14th, in support of this president that they love, a non-politician, a businessman who simply wants to make America great again.
Yours very sincerely and respectfully,
R. Martin Palmer
